  • The whole property( GOKULAPURAM ) belongs to Mr.S.N.S Pandian. Only plots sold by Mr.S.N.S Pandian are legally valid!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the owner of the whole layout!!!!!!! A civil suit is pending in the MADRAS HIGH COURT!!!!!! If he gets through, plots sold by SWAMY CONSTRUCTIONS would not be valid!!!!!

  • you can come and check up!!!!!!!! the documents which SWAMY constructions does not show the court directions!!!! and moreover,the case is pending for second appeal in the high court.once it gets over,pandian will get the rights over it!!!!!!! then the plots sold by SWAMY constructions will not be valuable!!!!!!! for further details, you can call Mr.Pandian at 9940504244!!!!!
  • Hi, We were about to buy a plot in this layout. But after reading through these comments, we decided not to buy as we are confused and did not want to take risk. It is actually a very good layout. The prospects of resale of plots in this layout should not be affected due to comments that are not based on facts. Kindly make sure the comments posted here are really true. If possible, kindly provide factual information instead of phone numbers. Like reference to the court case so that it can be verified in the court. Are there any specific plot numbers that are claimed by him or the whole layout? There is a main layout and several extensions of it.
