The longhouse is quite modern consist of 54 doors controlled by longhouse chief call Tuai Rumah.The main structural ia made from solid terbelian tree (one of the most strongest tree in Borneo) Built in 1950 after move out from tembawai lama ( something like tribal hut ).The longhouse normally so quite and peace.Only during harvest festival ( Gawai Dayak ) the longhouse will full of crowded when relatives those working in town and city came back for the celebration.
