The 35 year old company was acquired by Noranco in 2008. Noranco is an integrated manufacturer and solution provider to the international commercial and military aerospace sectors featuring high precision machining, sheet metal fabrication and testing. The tier 2 aerospace company supplys aero structures, landing gear, stringers and environmental control systems. In addition to the MBM operation it maintains plants in Pickering and Vaughan.
