University of Tehran main entrance (Tehran)

Main gate/enterance of Tehran university has been built during 1346-1345, persian calander,based on a plan proposed by Korosh Farzami, one of students of Art Faculty therein.Its architect was Simon Serkisian.Its making was undertaken and accomplished by an iranian company named Armeh Company.
There are two aspects of this artifact:two chimerical winged bird rendering science and knowledge as a pair of wings to ascend to higher pinnacle of success and prosperity, or an open book.
