Victoria gardens is a 30 floor apartment block with ugly grey tiling built by the Chinachem group which was owned by the recent Nina Wang who passed away with cancer as the richest women in Asia. The building was illegally built too tall (As there are height restrictions in the low rise Bisney area. But the government has decided to keep it for many reasons. Facilities include a swimming pool, a large multi-storey car park, an air conditioned gym, an air conditioned play room and public play areas for residents and their guests.
