MV Superferry 9 Incident

Herein is an initial report on the maritime casualty incident report received by the Coast Guard Action Center on or about 06 0330H September 2009 involving MV Superferry (SF) 9, which reportedly listed to approximately 35 degrees towards her starboard side until she reportedly sank at vicinity 9.5 NM West of Banga Pt., Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte or at Latitude 7 degrees 30 minutes North and Longitude 121 degrees 55 minutes East.
