Activities include pick-you-own apples, strawberries or raspberries, a petting zoo, a farm stand, with hiking and cross-country ski trails on the property.
The Brooksby Farm is also the location of the historic Nathaniel Felton Sr. and Nathaniel Felton Jr. homes, the Smith Barn, and the Woodland Gardens, which are operated by the Peabody Historical Society.
