BUILT BY GAJAPATIS...Attacked by Krishandevaraya. The towering peak @994 m (3,261 ft) MSL can be seen here, which is called Sanjiva Hill because a wide variety of medicinal herbs grow on it. Local stories have mentions of existance of "Sanjeevani"(life saving herb) on these hills. Remains of several ancient temples, remarkable for their architecture are seen. It consists of thirteen fortresses, eight on the hill and three below. It covers an area of about seven miles.

Only mode of reaching the fort at the top of hills is by walk.
