The ghost town of a once-booming logging town. The only remaining vestiges of the original community are the one-room school house, the post office, and as of the early 90s, the fully functional crank-style telephone network, complete with a functioning manual switchboard, which could connect them to the commercial telephone network and dial a number for them.

During the early 90s, Ivy leapfrogged over the rotary phone era, with the installation of fiber-optic cable and push-button phones. However, there probably is no cellular signal available in most of the valley.
