8484 Wilshire Boulevard
Beverly Hills, CA 90211

Originally the Great Western Bank Building. A large statue of John Wayne in cowboy gear, rifle in hand, riding a galloping horse is in front of the main entrance to the building; put here decades ago when he was spokesman/pitchman for Great Western. Building was sold off to Larry Flynt by Washington Mutual after Great Western takeover. Became the headquarters of Hustler Magazine. City of Beverly Hills was very unhappy about the building being sold to Larry Flynt.
