State Fair Grounds (Dallas)

Home of the State Fair of Texas. One of the largest groups of Art Deco public facilities in the country. National and State Historical Landmark. Site of the 1936 Texas Centennial Exposition and the Texas Hall of State and Archives. Original home of the Dallas Museum of Art, still home to the Dallas Aquarium, the Dallas Museum of Natural History, the Dallas Science Museum and the Dallas Botanical Garden. Also long-time home of WRR 101.1 FM the first publicly funded Classical music station in the country.
