It is situated right opposite St Michael Pre-Primary School. The Building has Eight Flats, owned by six residents.

Altaf also lives in the same building.

Stir Academy of Bartending is situated in this building. It is run by the celebrity bartender Shatbhi Basu. The academy is situated on the third floor of Joel Apartment.

The building also has a resident Lane expert who is also known by the name of Francis.
He sleeps under the staircase with a few dogs. He is the Man Friday of the Area.
If he is not singing songs, or running errands, he is pissed drunk and sleeping under the staircase. Come visit us sometimes, we are a building of very interesting people with far more interesting stories.
