The Union Central Tower was built in 1913, and was later known as the Central Trust Bank Building and the PNC Tower. It is a 495 foot (151 meter) tall building in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. It stands 31 stories tall, overlooking the Ohio River waterfront. It is considered one of the most recognizable buildings making up the city's skyline.

Union Central Life Insurance Company purchased the former site of the old U.S. Post Office and Customs House and commissioned Cass Gilbert of New York and Garber and Woodward to design the present building. In 1913, when it opened it was the fifth tallest building in the world and the tallest outside of New York. The building features a 4 story marble clad base with a white terra cotta finish above. Above the twenty third floor is a four story Classical temple topped by a pyramid roof and a smaller temple.

Union Central Life Insurance occupied the building until 1964 when it moved to the suburb of Forest Park.
