Houses both hourly/daily parking and rental cars. Rental cars on the upper level with rental counters on the base level. If you're a member of an express rental club, just go up, if not, go down to start. When returning, go slow and watch for the signs, it can be tricky.

You can walk or take the bus to/from the terminals.
