Ballubisi is a village which is situated between the two rives,Mahanadi and Paika. This village is highly muslim populated area. There are abount fourteen mosques in this village. There are 8 madrasas are also in this village which provide the Islamic education in this villge. This is one of the most developed village in the state of Orissa. In this village different types of facilities are there. In this village, there is nationalised bank calle Allahabad Bank. For communcation to the main city Cuttack and Bhubaneswar there are 5 buses running and carrying passengers. The surprise thing is taht, there is no cycle Rickshaw you can see in this village. Auto rickshaw is the main source of transportation of this village people. There is also a very old High School in this village named as Haji Shaikh Samirudding High School. The most of the youngsters are working the Gulf Countriies.
