This is one of the lowland villages of the town of Hindang. Situated in this village is the greater part of Mount Bontoc, a large forested rock home to monkeys, serpent eagles,different birds and other tropical flora and fauna. it also have an intricate cave system of which the larger ones are Pandayan and Cathedral Caves. This rock is currently developed as a tourist destination. Also in the village is a coral reef system which is part of the greater reef and mangrove system in western Leyte island.
