Former Sofitel hotel.

The hotel is located in the administrative center of the capital of Turkmenistan, 20 minutes drive from the airport. In the vicinity of the hotel are the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, Exhibition Center, a number of ministries, museums and theaters, within a radius of one kilometer shopping centers and bazaars. The hotel has 299 rooms, three restaurants serving international, French and Moroccan cuisine, a bar, a two-story spa with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, gym and tennis courts.

Construction began in 2007 and the hotel opened to the public in 2010. The facade is decorated with white marble and glass, the building reflects the idea of the country's revival, decorated in the traditional Turkmen style.
