Ulsan Grand Park was built on 364,000㎡/900 acres of land, and was initially only partially opened to the public on May 30th 2000. The Park was completed and had a grand re-opening in April 13th 2006.

The facilities include Rose Valley, Animal Farm, Energy & Environment Museum, Butterfly Garden, Childrens Traffic Safety Park, and Golf Course.
