The residential area is within the proximity of Dewaniyah modern bridge which is called at that time Gisr ALMoallaq ( Though it was not a hanging structure ) built in late 60s early 70s. It is also close to the Clock-Tower which is the Dewaniyah North gateway on the main road to Hella-Baghdad. Being closer to Shat Aldewaniyah and the date palm groove, Bestan Assada making a place of good memories.
