  • My father Sh. manohar lal left this physical body on 21st june,2011. Today I just searched his name in google and this link opened. These remarks show the immense love that my father had for his village and its people. Day before yesterday we went to our village to pay tributes to the saintly soul and pay obeisance at village gurudwara. Papa, we knew how much u loved our village so, I & kamal was feeling restless so we decided to go there. Papa we started in morning in our car from chandigarh. All of us mummy ji,I,kamal,Pooja,Manjeet,Shaurya were there. We went via. Ludhiana and Moga route. My wish was to donate a fan to newly under construction Gurudwara. So we bought it from Ludhiana.Kamal took some sqash bottles and we also bought biscuit packets. All the way from Chandigarh to bhathal ,we were remembering you only. After reaching Harike,we called our venerable Master Didar Singh ji and his nephew guided us the way that we should we follow.I also found the phone numbers of Sh. Golu Jita Bhathal, and Sh. Rachhpal Singh Bhathal in your phone book.I called both of them and told them that we are coming to village. We went through Thathian,Mohan pura,Wring and then our village Bhathal Sehja Singh.Sh. Jeeta golu was already waiting for us at Village bridge in his Karuka.Though we did not recognise anyone from village, but he recognised our car and himself came towards us.We took our car to our ancestral home. We went straight way to our house.A guy and old man who were cutting cattle food.we introduced ourselves and they left all their work and started talking about you.then within no time we don't even know that how people came to know about us.But they started assembling there. We had tea and we went to Gurudwara, paying our obeisance to Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Papa the moment i Sat there inside gurudwara your face started coming in front of my eyes.I was able to see you so clearly and we all felt that as if you are sitting besides me.I was remembering that how my ancestors and You have spent life in this village. Then we went to newly under constructed Gurudawara Sahib.50% of its work has already been completed.Village boys were very enthusiastic and were doing Sewa there. When I reached there all assembed around me.One of them asked From which place you are coming.I responded with chocked voice,"Chandigarh". Then immediately other boy replied,No they are from this village only. He just said this and I felt as if I am also one of them.I literally felt that as if I am also made from a soil of Same village.I m not stanger but I had been to this place from my many lives.I have born, played in these streets and died here in this land many times. All the boys and people were appearing as if they all are my brothers only. We donated a ceiling fan and biscuits there.Gurudwara Baba ji distributed biscuits to all of them. The fragrance of our village soil was very peace giving. The touch of the ground to my feet was as if sending vibrations to my whole body and i was feeling immense satisfaction and relief. I was thinking that all my ancestors and kins have survived on this land.I had only heard of attraction of mother land and your consanguine ( blood relation),but today I felt it.The air of the vilage was whispering in my ears and was as if singing songs and giving blessings. All village men and women, children, young and old were there and everyone was saying that Your departure is huge loss to whole society. We humid eyes and chocked throats we left our village. For some time we stoped at small pullia ( bridge) of river that flows from middle of village fields.I showed all of them that here is our ancestral agricultural land and these are the feilds where our ancestor toiled their sweat. It is their honesty, hard work and humble nature that is acting as air beneath our wings and we are able to fly so high. While crossing village, one more man waved at us.We stoped our car and within a blink of eye we saw his whole family came out and assembed around us.This man told us that he was two years junior to you in the school. His fluant language and sparkling eyes were explaining the affection that village men had towards you. Almost everyone had some nice experience to share that they had with you. Then we came back to Master Didar singh ji house. The family of master ji was very humble, hospitable and lovable. Then, We came back to Patti.and today we reached back to chandiagarh. In this hot aqnd humid wheather, the visit to our village was like an oasis in the desert and it gave that coolness, relief and serenty to heart that we get only in the lap our mother. May long live our village and our villege men. Aman Prashar +918295934316
