Block C7 from Construction University - main campus residence, was build for economical purposes, specialy for people related with Administrator's Campus, who's a histerical women from Moldova. She also alowed strangers like Arabs, Chineses to live in here in peace and in harmony together with Romanian students, as long if they pay her a large amount of money they are ready to develop business in the Bucharest, otherwise they are going back to sleep on benches from Train Station.
