Respective Dave, I certainly understand your effort in keeping the site clean. However it would be nice if you could be more considerable in keeping your hands off for goodness sake. This tag were filled previously with its historical information as the birthplace of Tun Tan Cheng Lock, a well known politician in Malaysia, founder of MCA in fact, wonder why it's been wiped off. For the concern of 'tourist might need clean map', there's a function on wikimapia 'satellite map' which you get to view entirely no-pollution map. I still don't see why you're so keen in deleting the tags here except for personal interest!
