Scotts of Stow forms part of the largest group of independent specialist catalogues in the country but is still family-owned and run. The parent group - Scotts & Co. – now manages customer service and order fulfilment on behalf of nine other specialist catalogues, from Ancestral Collections, managed from Burghley House in Stamford, Lincolnshire to The Expert Verdict Ltd, which operates from South-West London. The group includes some of Britain’s best-known catalogue retailers including Presents Direct, The Traditional Garden Supply Company, Cucina Direct, The Original Gift Company, Viva Direct and Renwoods Solutions. Each of these businesses retains its unique character, but with the backing of a group that understands the importance of diversity in catalogue, shop and online retailing.
