Kotarla Palle village is called as Engineer's village.It's a very small village (30 Houses) near to Penumur(5km), chittor (dist)and all are doing Cultivation and Dairy milk production.This village is very well good developement in all the area's like Good Street Lighting system,Roads, Water and Bus,Elementary school facility and Education.Each family is having atleast one educated person and famous for Enginner's around 10 members, Software engineers (2 members),Two MBA and TWO MCA graduates,5 Degree Completed students, 4 Diploma Holders,politics (MPTC),One Circle Inspector (retired), One Police ,One APSRTC Conductor, Soldiers in military 3 members and BSF soldiers 2 members.
