  • A DAM? Doesn't that make it a Reservoir, not a lake.
  • Actually, Carters Lake is the main lake. The Re-regulation pool feeds water down stream to Alabama and Florida. The Dam regulates the flow. Carters Lake is the only lake that has pump back capabilities.
