Former home of the Hunzicker Sales Company (later known as Hunzicker Brothers) and the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company. Hunzicker Brothers abandoned the old Whole Sale District now known as Bricktown in 1960, and like many locations in the newly thriving entertainment district, the building remained vacant for many years until being revitalized as a mixed use development with office space on the two upper floors. The building was also the former home of the Bricktown Haunted Warehouse, which moved to the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center in 2011, the Bricktown Ballroom and Bricktown Live (both live music venues).

Today the street level is occupied by Peachwave, a self-serve frozen yogurt restaurant. On Feb. 1st 2013, the popular Oklahoma's Red Dirt Emporium, which merged with it's sister store the Bricktown Marketplace in 2012, will be relocating next to Peachwave from the Miller-Jackson Building.

The canal level features two Water Taxi docks in front of Captain Norm's Dockside Bar. Norm's is a popular outdoor patio bar located along the Bricktown Canal. The bar features live music durring the summer months, and Captain Norm himself can be found running the bar and/or joining the live band almost every night.
