White City Central Line depot (underground)

This depot is used primarily for overnight storage of trains, to permit coach reversing and for minor maintenance.

The site of the Wood Lane Hammersmith & City Line station and this facility the White City Central Line Depot have been entirely redeveloped for the new Westfield London shopping centre in summer of 2005. A completely new depot has been constructed below ground under the new Westfield shopping centre on a new site.
