First Bapist Church, Leamington (Municipality of Leamington, Ontario (Former township of Mersea))

The Baptists built the first church in Leamington when they erected a plain frame building at the corner of John and Albert Streets. The congregation's second church was erected at the present site in 1879. This building was torn down in 1922 to make way for the present church which was dedicated in 1923.

The church features a 300 seat gymnasium, a suspended gallery and a carillon installed in the 100 foot high tower in 1966. The Christian Education Building located at the corner of Fox and Russell Street was dedicated in 1961
