Gadkari Rangayatan (Thane)

With a view to preserve the rich cultural heritage of Thane, the Thane Municipal Council constructed Rangayatan, a drama theatre, named after the Marathi writer Shri Ram Ganesh Gadkari. The theatre has been hosting different plays and cultural programmes since.

  • ठाणे शहरातील "राम गणेश गडकरी" हे एक नाट्यगृहच नसुन ते आमच्या सारख्या नवख्या कलाकारांना एक प्रेरणास्थानच म्हणावे लागेल. या नाट्यगृहाची व्यवस्थापना अतिशय उत्कृष्टच म्हणावी लागेल.कारण येथे नाटकच नव्हे तर या येथील नवख्या कलाकारांना आपल्या उत्तम कलेचा नमुना सादर करण्याची संधी उपलब्ध करून दिली जाते(विषेश शाळा,महाविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थाना).माझ्यामते तर हा नाट्यगृह आमच्यासारख्या कलाकाराना रंगभूमीचा पायाच मानावा लागेल, या नाट्यगृहाची व्यवस्थाही नविन पद्धतीने(वातानुकुलीत) केली आहे,तसेच बैठक व्यवस्थाही चांगल्या प्रकारे केली आहे. मिञहो तुम्हीही या (गडकरी रंगायतन )या नाट्यगृहाला अवश्य भेट द्या,अन् आपल्या मराठी रंगमंचाला,त्यांतील कलाकारांना प्रोत्साहित करा.
