Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission to the U.S. is a specialized agency responsible of administering programs and policies to meet the educational and cultural needs of Saudis studying in the United States. It also functions as an intermediary between U.S. educational institutions and their counterparts in the Kingdom. SACM responsibilities include representing Saudi universities, ministries and other governmental agencies that sponsor Saudi students in the United States.

Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission(SACM) is part of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C., however, in terms of administration, finance and student affairs, the Mission reports directly to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)
