Volunteer Hall offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments as well as town homes, conveniently equipped with full kitchens and available fully furnished. Volunteer Hall houses men and women in separate floors. Both upper class and graduate students may live in the hall. Rental fees include furniture, cable and high-speed Internet. Volunteer Hall is located on White Avenue across the street from the University of Tennessee Law School, which makes it extremely convenient to class. And for peace of mind, there is gated garage parking with limited-entry access. Housing is reserved for sophomore through graduate students. Volunteer Hall remains open during semester breaks.

Recreational facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, activity center with pool tables and Foosball tables, patio with outdoor grills and picnic tables, and a computer lab.

Furnished living room includes sofa, over-sized easy chair, coffee and end tables, entertainment center, and 9-ft ceilings with ceiling fan.

Luxury kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator with icemaker, stove with range, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, spacious pantry.

Private bedroom includes keyed entry for individual bedroom, full-sized bed, 4-drawer dresser, extra drawer storage underneath bed.

Rental rates at Volunteer Hall include: water, electricity, cable tv, and data connectivity. Landline telephone service may be activated through telephone services for an additional monthly charge.
