Erofili Theatre (Rethymnon)

built in the 20th century and named after the famous play by the important Rethymnon-born poet of the Cretan Renaissance Georgios Hortatzis.
Today many cultural events are held in the Erofili theatre every summer as part of the Renaissance Festival organized by Rethymnon Municipality since 1987
