An Ontario Government Complex that houses 11 different Govt. Ministries. These grounds were part of the old Rockwood Asylum. The new (1950's) Kingston Psychiatric Hospital was built on the western part of the grounds, but they only lease the building.

  • Contrary to the public belief, these grounds are not part of the Kingston Psychiatric Hospital. They are owed by the Ontario Government. I work there on a daily basis.
