Started life as "Tally Ho Technology Park" in the 80s. This description screamed of flux capacitors and flying DeLoreans so it lay to waste for many years before being renamed "Business Park". Never before has the phrase "If you build it, they will come" been more apt. Ironically it is now home to some quite technological enterprises.
