Kutná Hora (pronounced [ˈkutnaː ˈɦora] (help·info); medieval Czech: Hory Kutné, German: Kuttenberg), is a city in the Czech Republic in Central Bohemian Region of Bohemia. During the thirteenth and sixteenth century the city competed with Prague economically, culturally and politically. Since 1995 the city center has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
