A mostly vacant indoor shopping mall that has struggled for years since the expansion and remodelling of the Franklin Mall (now Washington Crown Center) and since Giant Eagle left for a new location. The mall was also not helped by the Wal-Mart across the street moving for a new location. Current tenants include Toys R Us, Jo Ann Fabrics, Staples, JC Penney, DFW Furniture, & Grand China Buffet. Only a handful of other stores remain inside the mall as roof leakage issues has been left unrepaired and tar leaking from the roof has caused much of the mall to be closed off to the public.
