Also called the Normal School. Former offices of the Catholic school board, now vacant. Under ownership of the Province of Ontario and undergoing serious renovations, with the intention of selling it to a developer sometime in the near future (as of June 2009). The adjacent park is used by the community. Many people bring dogs here, and there are two soccer pitches (you can see them on the photo, one running north-south at the left, and one going east-west to the right of it) where lots of 'house league' kids' teams and people of all ages get together to play soccer etc. Site of the annual Gathering on the Green, the first Saturday of June.
