A large site-specific sculture installed in 1977.
Originally painted a sort of gold color, like the color of semi-polished brass.
For the past 10 or 12 years it has been repainted a dark weathered bronze color and surrounded by a seven foot high chain-link fence, with a locked gate.
Within the perimeter fence is a bronze plaque, set in stone, with reads as follows:
