Kiso (木曽町, Kiso-machi) is a town located in Kiso District, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.

The town was founded on November 1, 2005, when the town of Kisofukushima merged with three surrounding villages (Mitake, Hiyoshi and Kaida).

As of December 1, 2005, the town had an estimated population of 13,959. The total area is 476.06km².
