A luxury resort and ger camp located in the town of Gachuurt, 20 kilometers east of the capital Ulan Bator. The architecture of Hotel Mongolia (in Mongolian "Mongol Shiltgeen"), represents the ancient city of Karakorum, capital of the Mongol Empire in the 13th century.

The resort measures 190,000 square meters and features a hotel, stone and traditional ger camp, restaurant, convention center and 400 meter beach overlooking the Tuul River. It operates from May 1 to Oct 15.
