The British Broadcasting Corporation operates several
television and radio networks, dozens of local services
and one of Europe's most visited web sites. As well as
being a broadcaster, they also produce a large number
of their own programmes in-house, forming one of the
world's largest television production companies. This
site was originally built to house only tv, but now some
radio services are broadcast fom the news centre here.
