A 128 unit condominium in Palm Beach, Florida. Originally opened in 1926 as the Alba Hotel, renamed the Ambassador Hotel in 1929, then the Palm Beach Biltmore in 1933. Converted to condos 1979-81.

A popular Jewish Orthodox retirement community, such people as the Slim-Fast creator S. Daniel Abraham live here. However Pari-Sima Pahlavi, the sister-in-law of the former shah of Iran and first wife of Prince Abdul Reza Pahlavi, has placed the complex's central penthouse on the market for $10.5M USD. The ability of two conflicted races to coexist here seems to justify Abraham's "Peace Is Possible" publication.
