North Passage Island in the Andaman Archipelago, India.

The polygon attempts to follow the outline of the permanently dry area, excluding beaches, mangroves, and seasonally flooded areas, as inferred from Google images. However, there is uncertainty about the nature of the tree-less areas with low vegetation in the north and south peninsulas, tentatively assumed to be NOT dry land.

CAVEAT: the images were taken before the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which may have lifted or depressed the area by several meters.
