  In 2009 were circulated last regular passenger train in Cambodia, between Phnom Penh- Batambang. There is a project to build a railroad, which bind Ga-Di-An (in Vietnam), to Loc Ninh/Bat Doeng (Vietnam/Cambodgea border), and to Phnom Penh (including a railway bridge across Mekong river). Also, will be reconstructed and rehabilitated existing railway between Phnom Penh- -Batambang- Sisophon- Poipet (at border with Thailanda), and build a new railway from Poipet (Cambadgea) to Aranyprathet (Thailanda). This will be reached by rail from Europe to Singapore, across Russia, Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
