Highest point (3,636m / 11,929ft) of West Bengal / Paschimbanga, India

A high point on the Singalila ridge that forms the border between Eastern Nepal and India. From here you get stunning views of all the Kanchenjunga massif to the north, with Jannu, Kabru, Rathong, Pandim, Simvo, Siniolchu and Kanchenjunga itself clearly visible. To the west- northwest, you can see Everest, Lhotse and Makalu. To the northeast, you can see Pauhunri and Chomolhari. It is an unparalleled panorama in front of you. The Singalila ridge goes all the way to Kanchenjunga.
Sunrise and sunset views of the mountains are almost mystical.
The best time to go for a trek are March, April, May for those who like to see the forest at its blessing beauty and the beautiful Rhodendron.
But those of whom who wants to take a glimpse of the mountains and the valleys then the time is October, November, December.
