Not affected by the bomb which exploded near Marks & Spencers/Royal Exchange. Just another retail/leisure development which was scheduled anyway.
Used to be the News International HQ in Manchester hence the "Printworks" name. I remember it having 'Maxwell House' on the front in big red letters - characteristic of the modesty of the late Robert Maxwell.
