  • Dear Sir Madam As a regular flyer with your company i would like first of all to say thankyou for your flight staff they are always very polite and willing to assit at all times . It is nice to be able to get a cup of tea or coffee on your flights but you forgot to include diabetics who can not have a cuppa because you do not have equal subtitute for us on your fligts .
