  Bayanan is a very nice place, however, the Barangay Captain should pay more attention to the flooding problem of its residences. The main thing to consider is the cleaning up of the drainage more often and if possible during rainy season. A lot of residents are affected by the flood which causes to big time property damage. Another problem is the street parking... there should be no parking on the main roads (Bautista and San Guillermo) and towing should be done all the time (not like "Ningas Kugon"). Private vehicles are having a very hard time driving as the streets are parked on each sides. and last but not least, the Barangay Police should roam around specially during the night to lessen the undesirables that roams around (like drug addicts and thieves) that's becoming more rampant these days. A lot of residents have become victims in just a few weeks that past. I hope the local government will take note of these. Let's not make our beloved Bayanan haven of the undesirables. Concerned resident of Purok 5.
