A project of Mr. Lucio Tan's Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. under its subsidiary, Belton Communities, Inc., North Belton is a mixed-use residential and commercial development on a 13.8 hectare property along Quirino Highway in Novaliches, Quezon City.

The first residential phase is called The Manors and will comprise fourteen 5-storey condominium buildings, each with 100 units or 20 units per floor.

The Manors will occupy 3.3 hectares of the total land devoted for the township component. It is envisioned to have 60% open spaces devoted to gardens and playgrounds.

Another component of NBC's township component is the West Wing Residences that will occupy 2.2 hectares of land. It will be composed of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and 4 bedroom single-attached houses.
