The Pine Street Inn is a major homeless shelter in the city of Boston. This is its second location, opened in 1980 when the original Pine Street location became inadequate, and is located at the corner of Harrison Avenue and Paul Sullivan Way, and includes the old Central Fire Station. The fire station portion of the building is notable for its fire tower, modeled after the Torre del Mangia in Siena, Italy (as is the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown). For several years, during renovations, the tower was covered and used as a billboard for the neighboring Southeast Expressway.

The Pine Street Inn is also supported by the 99 Restaurants chain.
